Our Flagship Program Continues Its Growth

Theater of Self, our experiential approach to cultivating meaning, presence, and depth in professional and personal life, is expanding northward. Through a new partnership with the Princeton Healthy Aging Foundation and the McCarter Theatre, we will launch a series of Theater of Self programs in Princeton this spring.

These offerings invite participants into embodied learning that strengthens reflective capacity, communicative clarity, and the ability to navigate inner and interpersonal complexity.
