Meet Bradley McDevitt
Bradley Denis McDevitt, MA, ACC, is the founder of Carolina Commons Creative and a leadership coach with a background unlike any other. His path has included 25+ years in theater, depth psychology, and coaching, all centered on the power of presence and authenticity.
Certified in multiple coaching modalities and an adjunct faculty member at Pacifica Graduate Institute, Bradley brings both rigor and creativity to his work. Clients value his ability to listen deeply, see patterns others miss, and create safe, transformational spaces.
Beyond his professional life, Bradley is an avid rock climber, adventure racer, and modern dancer. He draws inspiration from movement, the arts, and the natural world - experiences that shape how he helps leaders reconnect with their own aliveness.
