Our values

We value creativity, not only as a primary means of making sense and meaning in the world, but as a means of living daily life. We want to share that depth of presence with everyone, and it is the foundation of our lives as coaches and consultants.

The focus of our work together is listening: to ourselves, our bodies, our many voices, and our environments. Listening requires a dedication to being present, being mindful, and showing up for ourselves. Only in this receptive inquiry can we enact the alchemy of collaborative innovation.

In our careers as a theater and artistic creators, performers, and technicians, our favorite part of the work was in the creative process: the workshop, the rehearsal, the master class, where we created a safe space in which to play, explore, and dream things into being. Being focused on beauty and meaning in such a disciplined and trusting way elevated daily life to what we can only compare to a sacred practice. It is in service to this unique technology of being that we started this consulting practice.

We all have access to these limitless reservoirs of creative energy, and when given the time, space, and means, anyone can experience the expansive process of deepening into themselves and the world. Our programs offer the chance to enter into this renewed relationship with yourself, your work, and your process.

“Finally, A way for normal people to access their creative potential without feeling like idiots.”

– Ellen H.

Most people when asked say they aren’t creative. What they usually mean is they aren’t fine artists. But what they don’t realize is the fact they can construct a conversation out of nothing proves them wrong. We all have creative brilliance waiting to be released. We must be shown how to find where we’ve hidden the keys.

Make a Change

Real People. Real engagement

Often, the most valuable asset executives need is least attended to: Engagement.

Leaders need to be able to connect, to convince, to understand, to empathize, and to direct. They need to be aware of not only what is being said, what is being felt.

Here, the tools of theater and performance are indispensable for any leader to understand and bring into their toolbox.

Through a curriculum cultivated by over three decades of performance experience, Bradley leads leaders through a course designed to capitalize on an individual’s strengths, demonstrate the power of vulnerability, and support them as effective communicators and public speakers

“I began working with Bradley at a crossroads in my life. Full of uncertainty about my career and what I wanted from my life in general, I felt lost and muddled about how to move forward or what direction to take.

Bradley was always able to support me no matter what. He is a compassionate, astute observer and skillfully holds space for whatever emerges from our conversation. I always felt safe, even when confronting my biases, exploring challenging beliefs about myself, and coming up against fears and worries. Bradley accepts you right where you are, helps you learn what you want and need, then provides techniques and practices to help undo old conditioning and develop new habits. His insightful questions helped me clarify my thinking, understand myself more fully, and access new energy and excitement to take action.

Bradley is a highly skilled coach, and I highly recommend him!”

Bradley’s experience in stage movement attunes him to paying attention to how your physical body – from your mind to your adrenaline – shows up in how you live. And how paying attention to that can be a key element in bringing about changes you want to make in your life. His patience and presence when talking together makes it super-easy to become transparent, which itself helps you discover how you are now, and how you can become more of what you want. I value time with him.
